My name is Catharina, I´m a mother of a lovely daughter and new owner of Kidsbutik.
After 21 years at Volvo I wanted to do something else and therefor I started Semla in January 2009 with the concept of selling good childrens clothing with great quality for a decent price. In this weak economic climate I choose not to establish a store but to sell the clothes at town squares and marketplaces. Many of my customers has requested a webshop, especially at the town square in Lidköping every saturday where customers from all over Sweden are visiting. And so finally I have my very own webshop.
Kidsbutik was created by Josefine Aas in November 2005 as a physical store in Skövde. In May 2006 it was extended with a webshop. The store is now closed and from June 1st 2009 I am the new owner of this webshop.
Kidsbutik is not only a webshop but you can also see and feel the clothes at different town squares all around Skaraborg, please see the regularly updated calender when I visit your town square.
I really like good quality in childrens clothing but at the same time they can not cost too much. After a good briefing of all the existing clothes I decided to sell amongst others Alfons Åberg/Alfie Atkins and Milla from size 50-128 cl and Walking, a collection from the same company that produces the Alfie Atkins clothes, which has the same high quality. I plan to widen the supply little by little when I find good pricey products.
